The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining an overall satisfactory client relationship for NetFortris accounts deemed “strategic” in nature.  The SAM will act as a liaison and escalation point between the customer and NetFortris operations teams.  SAM efforts should culminate in complete customer satisfaction and client renewal of contracted services with NetFortris. This is a full time, salaried position in a demanding industry and fast paced environments.  Communication and organizational skills are of high importance.  An effective SAM will build the company image by efficiently addressing customer requests and concerns in a professional and prompt manor.  The SAM will help identify opportunities to improve internal NetFortris processes that impact overall customer experience.  An SAM will study technological networking concepts and collaborate with clients to develop strategic opportunities for account growth and improvement.  Standard account management practices will be used including regular conference call administration and meeting documentation, report distribution, task tracking, and risk mitigation.
-Prior experience as an Account Manager
-Experience within the telecommunications industry preferred
-College degree preferred
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to instill client confidence while working with Director to Executive level customer contacts
-Intermediate working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software
-Strong independent work ethic, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
-Ability to prioritize client issues and add value to customer relationship
