The ideal Strategic Account Executive should be ready for a challenge and excitement. We ask that you have a previous Mid to Enterprise account management experience and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
 
Objectives
  • Maintain high customer loyalty and retention rates through constant communication.
  • Grow account base revenues
  • Nurture and develop accounts for new and upsell opportunities
  • Network for customer references and referrals.
 
Responsibilities
  • Hunting inside assigned account base for new opportunities.
  • Communicate the NetFortris value proposition and market differentiators.
  • Gain an understanding of your account’s challenges, goals, and objectives.
  • Keep timely and accurate information in NetFortris CRM.
  • Forecasting opportunities and pipeline management
  • Meet and exceed assigned targets and booking goals.
  • Prospect with high volume of outbound customer communications.
 
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years previous account management experience with SaaS/UCaaS, Hosted Services, Managed Services, premise or hosted PBX systems, network services, network security, servers, routers, or other highly technical fields
  • A sound understanding of SD-WAN and emerging technologies
  • The Strategic Account Executive will be highly motivated, creative with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong account management experience with excellent ability to prioritize, multitask and organize.
  • Strong social media skills with LinkedIn.
